Target Audience
The course is aimed at those who need to administer PostgreSQL databases and want to learn best practices.
Prerequisites
A level of fluency using terminal, Linux (Unix) shells and (non graphical) editors is essential. In addition attendees should meet one of the following criteria:
- DBAs with experience administering another database product e.g. MySQL
- System administrators experienced using Linux (Unix)
- Developers experienced using PostgreSQL
