Project and Account Manager - New Zealand - Christchurch

We are looking for someone to work alongside the Catalyst South Island General Manager to;

  • successfully document and deliver fit for purpose client solutions within the specified scope and time frame
  • support and develop effective ongoing client relationships between Catalyst and our South Island clients

In this role you will be required to work on several small to medium sized projects simultaneously. Therefore this is a position suitable for a highly driven and self motivated person with knowledge of modern IT development in terms of processes, tools and technology. Knowledge of Agile development processes is crucial (including Scrum and Kanban).

The ability to be flexible and build strong client relationships is pivotal to the success of this role so you should have a high standard of communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This is an intermediate role and as such, a level of training and support will be provided.

This is a full-time position, though Catalyst can be flexible with working arrangements if required. The role is within the Catalyst South Island team, based in our Catalyst Christchurch office. You will be a part of the South Island management team, and will have the opportunity to engage in our ongoing strategy planning, sales and marketing efforts.
