Catalyst IT Christchurch are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our talented and motivated team. You’ll be wearing two hats in this role, and your time will be spent equally between business analysis and project management work so you should have at least 2-3 years experience in both areas. You’ll also need to have proven experience (again, 2-3 years at least) working within Agile frameworks.

This role involves working alongside the General Manager to successfully document and deliver fit for purpose client solutions within the specified scope and time frame. Your core responsibilities will be responding to client needs, managing finances and also maintaining a high standard of ongoing service delivery.

You will be required to work on several small to medium sized projects simultaneously. This is a role suitable for a highly driven and self motivated person with a knowledge of software development in terms of process, tools and technology. The ability to be flexible and build strong client relationships is pivotal to this role and you should have a high standard of communication, both verbal and written.

You'll get bonus points for referencing any open source software you've worked with previously in your Covering Letter or CV (more bonus points if you send us your CV in PDF, or even better, ODT format!)
