Info for customers moving to Catalyst Koha services

What is happening?

Catalyst and Calyx have an agreement in place for Catalyst to take over support for Calyx customers from 1 March 2020. From this date, when current Calyx customers make support requests, the response will be from the Catalyst team.

What will change?

From 1 March it will be Catalyst who responds to your support requests, not Calyx. There will be no immediate change to the existing process for requesting Koha support at https://calyx.net.au/support-request-form

In time Calyx links will transition to Catalyst ones, and we will keep you informed as those changes are coming.

Catalyst will take over the current contractual terms and conditions, with no change to the services provided or hosting fees at this time.

About the Catalyst Koha team

The Catalyst Koha team are a dedicated group within a large company of nearly 400 people across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Being a smaller team within a larger company allows us to focus on our core business of staying engaged with our library customers and the Koha community, while calling on the wider skills available around the company such our system administration, design, security and other development teams.
