The success of a company rests on attracting and retaining the right combination of skills and personalities. Today, over 100 of the best and brightest open source specialists work for Catalyst IT in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.
Catalyst is always looking for talented and creative individuals. We like sociable, confident communicators who take pride in their work. In return, we offer a dynamic and stimulating work environment, a great team of people, exciting projects, and opportunities to grow your talents. If Catalyst sounds like your kind of place, send us your CV. If you do not yet have the right to work in New Zealand, see our information for overseas applicants.
Life at Catalyst
In 2008, Catalyst was top-ranked in the National Business Review's search for New Zealand's most exciting companies. With an "excitement index" of 66.5%, well above other IT industry giants, Catalyst is proud of cultivating a unique working environment ideally suited to talented, creative and commited individuals.
We have many traditions here at Catalyst, such as Pizza Thursday, which is a chance to showcase your technical interests and the achievements of your projects. If pizza is not your thing, there's Curry Wednesday and Beer O'Clock on Friday to enjoy with colleagues.
In between, of course, everyone at Catalyst is there to provide the very best in open source development, systems management and client support. That means taking individual responsibility and working flexibly with those around you to make things happen for some significant clients running business-critical systems.
At Catalyst you'll be working directly with your clients much of the time. So you'll need the kind of communication and social skills that underpin successful open source projects.
If Catalyst sounds like your kind of place, send us your CV.
